Shipping policy

All the domestic orders placed through the website are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post within a minimum of 2 working days and a maximum of 5 working days of order confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. SVASTHYALIFE ensures timely handover of the consignment to the courier company within a minimum of 5 working days and a maximum of 10 working days from the date of order confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. SVASTHYALIFE shall not be liable for any delay caused in the delivery and such delay, if arises, shall be attributed to the courier company.

Please note that SVASTHYALIFE shall in no way be responsible for any damage occurring to the product in the course of transit to the buyer.

Customers will receive auto-generated, timely emails for all order-related queries. Delivery of all orders will only be made to the registered address as mentioned by the buyer. Currently, SVASTHYALIFE ships products within the Indian territory. International shipments are currently unavailable.
