An NMIMS management graduate with a program in Advertising & Branding from the University of Chicago, she has built a strong career in advertising and marketing, working across FMCG, lifestyle brands, and PSUs, with her last role as Brand Manager at Tata Sky.


Raised with Ayurveda as a way of life, passed down by her grandmother, Minal’s belief in holistic wellbeing goes beyond remedies it’s about balance, prevention, and conscious living. SvasthyaLife was born from this philosophy: to make authentic, high-quality Ayurveda relevant for modern lifestyles.


A traveller at heart, music lover, food enthusiast, and scuba diver, Minal’s curiosity and love for nature continue to fuel her sense of modern wellness. Her expertise, experience, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit is shaping SvasthyaLife’s journey.
